Start your day sans gadgets and wake up naturally when your sleep breaks. Not setting an alarm for tomorrow – that’s the best feeling ever. Calm your senses with meditation. Checking social media, inboxes or browsing internet becomes our immediate action, by default. Swap this with a positive routine. Chant a prayer, offer gratitude or take a stroll in some green place.

Spend most time of your day doing something you genuinely love. Go for a hike or just revive an old hobby, take up those activities you wanted to do “someday when you have the time”. Family is where fun is. Nowadays, family time is when everyone sits together in front of TV or busy browsing mobiles. This time, swap it with some fun activity.
